Meb Games
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Meb Games handles information when you visit our website and play our free browser games. We aim to keep the service simple: no account is required to play, and we only ask for account information when you choose to create an optional profile for saved progress and a launch update.
Information we may collect
We may receive limited technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, and basic usage events. This information helps us keep the website secure, understand which games are useful, and improve performance. If you create an account, the signup form sends your email address and password to our backend. We may use your email to send one update when upcoming games are ready. We do not collect payment information through the game site.
Cookies and analytics
Meb Games may use essential storage or cookies to keep the website working. If analytics are enabled, an analytics provider may process aggregated usage information according to its own privacy policy. You can limit cookies and analytics through your browser settings.
Sign-in and game services
Your Meb Games account is created and managed by our own backend. When you open a game that needs a signed-in player, our backend issues a short-lived game ticket and uses it to request player tokens from Unity Authentication (part of Unity Gaming Services), which the game loads through the Unity Authentication SDK. Unity receives a player identifier so it can recognise you across sessions in that game. Unity does not receive your password. Unity processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Remote configuration
The website uses Firebase Remote Config, a Google service, to switch site features on or off without a new release. When a page loads, your browser may contact Google to download these settings. Google may process technical information such as your IP address and a Firebase installation identifier for this purpose, under Google's privacy policy. We store the downloaded settings in your browser so the site loads faster.
Third-party game content
Some games may load content, assets, or services supplied by third parties. Those providers may process technical information needed to deliver their content. Their own privacy policies apply to information they collect.
Children's privacy
The website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Data retention and security
We retain technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, analytics, troubleshooting, or legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards and HTTPS where available.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, analytics, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will show when the latest version was published. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
