Purchases
The app is free to download. The optional Remove Ads purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play and belongs to your store account. On a new device, sign in with the same store account, open the game, and use Restore to get it back.
For refunds, use the store you bought from: Apple handles App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google Play refunds are requested from your Google Play order history.
Your player name and account
The game signs you in anonymously the first time you play, so you can start without an account. You can change your player name at any time in Profile. Player names must be unique, so do not use your real name or anything personal.
Delete your account and data
In the app, open Profile, tap Delete account, and enter your password. This permanently deletes your account, email address, player name, scores, leaderboard entries, and the purchase record linked to your player.
If you do not have an account, email [email protected] from the address you want deleted, or include your player name. We delete your data within 30 days.
Ads and privacy choices
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, you can change whether ads are personalized at any time in the game's settings menu, under Privacy options. On iPhone and iPad, you can turn tracking on or off in Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
The web game will not load
The browser version needs WebGL. Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, reload the page, and close other demanding tabs. On phones and tablets, the mobile app gives the smoothest experience.
